Stand up your own zudo-slack-notify deployment, from the Slack app to the first message.

This walk-through takes a fresh checkout to a delivered message. The Worker deploys before Slack is wired, and fails closed until all three secrets exist, so the order below is safe.

1. Create the Slack app from the manifest, install it, and collect the bot token and channel IDs.

2. Configure secrets and deploy: generate the relay key, fill the operator store, run pnpm ops:push-secrets, and deploy.

3. Send the first message with the CLI and mark the deployment as wired.

Prerequisites

• Node.js 24 or later and pnpm (pnpm install at the repository root).

• A Slack workspace where you may install an app.

• A Cloudflare account that owns the zudolab.dev zone, if you deploy the same domains. Forks change the routes entries in app/wrangler.toml and doc/wrangler.toml.
